Authorities in Minneapolis are asking for the public’s help in locating a 12-year-old girl who’s been missing since Saturday.

There’s added urgency for finding Victoria Jackson because she has Type 1 diabetes and uses an automatic insulin pump, which likely needed a refill by Monday.
Victoria was last seen on Saturday evening, walking near Minnehaha Falls. She was wearing a tan "Rugrats" T-shirt, blue jeans and red and black shoes. She’s described as Black, about 5’6” and 140 pounds.
Minneapolis police said the insulin pump she uses is black and clipped to her waist, and connected to a patch on her upper arm.
KARE 11 reported that dozens of people gathered Monday at Minnehaha Falls Regional Park to search for Victoria.
“Victoria might be acting erratically or not in able body at this point,” Victoria’s aunt Danielle Matthias told KARE 11. “She might be in a diabetic crisis.”
Anyone with information on Victoria’s whereabouts is asked to call 911, or contact Hennepin County Dispatch at (952) 258-5321.
