#LATEST: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has announced the “elimination” of ISIS Deputy Caliph and the so-called Wali of Iraq and Syria, Abdallah Makki Muslih al-Rufayy’l (Abu Khadija),
