Looks like some Countries are calling the exchange WALLET, the QUANTUM WALLET….Mel elaborates, she is telling every about the QUANTUM LEDGER, which is NOT A QUANTUM ACCOUNT, she does not and has NEVER promoted anything to do with setting up a Quantum account, as she believes, as many do IT IS BOGUS, and it is NOT the same thing as what you will set up at your exchange appointment, which is your QUANTUM LEDGER ( APP Wallet)…💥
