Rubrik Stock Is Rising. An Acquisition Will Bolster Its AI Offerings.

Cybersecurity company Rubrik has reached an agreement to acquire the artificial-intelligence development platform Predibase, the two companies announced Wednesday. Predibase is best known for providing open-source tools to train and customize AI models. Rubrik stock was up 1.2% to $91.14 in Wednesday premarket trading after the announcement.
